There's just something awesome about drawing from your own references.
There was a horse show going on down the street from my school so I ditched math to loiter around the perty ponies! I fell in love with this gelding. 17 hands of pure, shimmering muscles. He cat jumped the hell out of his rider, but it was all in good fun. 
I'll probably be drawing more of him (seeing as I got about 100 photos of him alone).
I drew most of this at work looking at the reference on my iPhone.
